EULA - End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: You must accept the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") before using this SOFTWARE product ("SOFTWARE"). If you do not accept the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE.

Copyright

The SOFTWARE is a copyrighted work protected by international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
Attempting to reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or otherwise discover the source code of the SOFTWARE is illegal and shall constitute a violation of this EULA. No portion of the SOFTWARE, including but not limited to, programs, algorithms, codes, texts, images, or sounds may be modified, adapted, translated, copied, stored, distributed, used or accessed in any way except as detailed in this EULA.

Distribution

The SOFTWARE is distributed as Shareware. It may be redistributed as long as all original contents and documentation are maintained intact without alteration and included with the package.
The distribution must not include a registration number. In particular, you must not distribute a registered version of the SOFTWARE.

Registration

You can use the SOFTWARE for an evaluation period of 30 days. If you want to use the SOFTWARE after the evaluation period, you must purchase a license and register your copy of the SOFTWARE.
If you purchase a Single User License, one registered copy of the SOFTWARE may only be in use on a single computer system at any given time. If the SOFTWARE is being used on more than one computer system, you must purchase a license for each computer system. If the SOFTWARE is accessed through a network, you must purchase a license for each workstation that the SOFTWARE is accessed on, regardless of whether the SOFTWARE is used at different times or concurrently. The purchaser can freely transfer the license to another computer system by removing the SOFTWARE from the first system and installing it on another.

If you purchase a Corporate License, you can register a copy of the SOFTWARE on every computer of a commercial, educational or governmental organization. A Corporate License gives the registered entity the right to run unlimited copies of the SOFTWARE on all machines owned or leased by the registered entity.
The registration key you receive when you purchase a license can be used to register all new releases of the SOFTWARE for at least 1 year from the purchase date. Registered users can purchase an upgrade license at a special price to register new versions of the SOFTWARE released after 1 year from the purchase date.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments in which the SOFTWARE may be used, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. Good data processing procedure dictates that any software be tested thoroughly with non-critical data before depending on it.
In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other loss arising from the use or inability to use the SOFTWARE.
